I started this company with the premise that I could build a quality
home for less than the average builder by controlling the outside
factors that drive up the cost of a new home: land, materials,
scheduling and middlemen. Forino encompasses the total scope of home
building.
We purchase and develop the land, thus
eliminating hidden engineering, legal, and infrastructure costs while
providing more locations from which you can choose. Building over
300 homes per year allows us to purchase materials in volume. Our 100
employees and managers take pride in the jobs they do because they have a
vested interest with our company through profit sharing. The few outside
subcontractors we use are dedicated to providing quality because they
receive substantial volumes of work from Forino.
Lastly, we minimize costs through on-time
delivery and maximum working conditions for all locations. Today, I am
proud to say that you cannot find a comparable quality-built home for
less. You can be certain that we are large enough to handle your needs but
small enough to assure you the quality and value you deserve.
