The Forino scattered site program is designed to give consumers the opportunity to have a Forino built home in locations other than our developments. The system offers all the advantages of Forino’s extensive program.

The price list indicates the costs that are consistent wherever the house is built. Therefore, costs that vary from site to site are not included. These costs are such as permits, rock excavation, water and sewer or well and septic, lot preparation (i.e. tree removal, grading, seeding) driveway, sidewalk, rain leaders, etc. We will be glad to work with you to determine such costs.
