A little about Forino....
The Forino Co. L.P. was established in 1975 by Tony Forino. Through the years Berks, Lancaster and Schuylkill County residents have come to know Forino as a High Value and Quality Residential Home Builder. To date, Forino has amassed revenues over $1.2+ Billion by selling over 7,200 residential homes and developing over 85 Communities and counting.
Since 2008, Forino has been in the process of building additional business units within the construction industry to grow from being just residential home builders to an industry-leading Construction Firm. Today, our Firm is proud to offer additional professional services including Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Construction, Property Development and Home Improvement. Our diverse and experienced professional staff can assist our clients in all phases of the development process from conceptual layout and design to plan approval and permitting. Combine our professional engineering and design services with the experience and expertise of our construction services staff, and our clients experience a seamless process of turning their vision into reality.

The philosophy of creating a quality home at an affordable price was the Firms signature focus when Forino unveiled its first community in Exeter, PA over four decades ago. Today our building capabilities are far more expansive with a portfolio of projects covering commercial office buildings, apartment complexes, master-planned communities, and municipal field infrastructure projects.
Today, the Firm continues to demonstrate its leadership, industry knowledge, and progressiveness in both residential & commercial development through a network of excellent business partners, investors, and clients. Without the unique business relationships, we have to acquire and grow capital for both the firm and the partner, we wouldn't have experienced the maturation of our company into a total construction and development entity that is capable of tackling a plethora of different project types.
