Sinking Spring, Pa – The Forino Co., L.P. is honored to announce the promotion of a key member of their team. Mark Rea has been promoted as the Director of Residential Improvements. Mark will be responsible for the restructuring of the home improvement business segment for Forino through cost and estimation analysis, improvement of customer service from the first contact through job completion, vendor and subcontractor bidding and accountability, as well as warranty and follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Mark is a graduate of Reading High School and the Reading-Muhlenberg Vo-tech Cabinetry and Carpentry class. Mark’s career began as a carpenter’s apprentice before venturing into business for himself. After a short stint with a competitor, Mark joined The Forino Company in 2004 as a Construction Superintendent managing six communities. Mark oversaw the project from inception through completion, managing every stage of the building process, scheduling, subcontractor accountability, and delivery to the customer. In 2013, Mark reduced the community management workload to add-on commercial project management to assist with Forino’s growing contract commercial project business. Mark was responsible for estimating, bid submission, and project management on commercial projects he was awarded. Mark will continue to support Forino’s commercial business segment as needed in addition to his new responsibilities.
