Smith Patio

Brief Overview:
The Forino Co., L.P. was contracted by the Smith’s to excavate, form and pour a two tiered stamped concrete patio on the back of their residence. This included a service walk to the patio and a custom stoned fireplace with a gas insert on the top patio.

Laroche Kitchen Remodel

Brief Overview:
The Forino Co., L.P. was contracted by the Laroche’s to remodel their existing kitchen. Forino design professionals met with the Laroche’s and redesigned their kitchen to best suit their needs. Services included: removing existing appliances, fixtures, cabinets and flooring. Forino then installed new cabinets from Kohl Building Products and quartz countertops. Forino then installed new laminate flooring within the kitchen, a ceramic tile backsplash between the cabinet base and wall cabinets, and supplied new stainless steel appliances. Forino finished the renovation by painting the new kitchen and adding LED lighting underneath the newly installed cabinetry.

Millward Kitchen Remodel

Brief Overview:
The Forino Co., L.P. was contracted by the Millward’s to remodel their existing kitchen and powder room. Services included: removing existing toilet, vanity, flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinets and flooring. Forino installed new cabinets, quartz countertops, new ceramic tile flooring within the kitchen, a ceramic tile backsplash between the cabinet base and wall cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and painted the walls. Forino finished the renovation in the powder room by painting the walls and installing a new toilet, fixtures, vanity and ceramic tile flooring.

Fogelman Kitchen Remodel

Forino installed new cabinets, quartz countertops, new ceramic tile flooring within the kitchen, a ceramic tile backsplash between the cabinet base and wall cabinets and paint.

Redcay Addition

Brief Overview:
The Forino Co. L.P. originally built the Redcay’s home in 2006 and volunteered to help renovate their home to make for an easier transition for Derrick. On April 24, 2014 life changed for the Redcay family. 18 year-old Muhlenberg High School senior Derrick Redcay suffered a rare stroke to his spinal cord. The stroke severed his spinal cord nerves at the C4-C6 area. As a result, Derrick currently has no sensations or movement below his neck. Derrick currently needs assistance with breathing, but the family is hopeful that this is only temporary. We donated our project management services, architectural abilities, obtained permitting through Muhlenberg Borough and coordinated sub contractors on the Redcay’s home to make it more accessible and ergonomic for Derrick. Along with donating our services we solicited material and labor donations from other local companies.
