SC – Remodeling Lead Carpenter/ Project Coordinator

Georgia coast. With over 7,700 homes built, more than 1,000 lots sold, and 100+ communities
completed, Forino continues to grow—particularly in the Southeastern U.S. We’re now seeking an
Remodeling Lead Carpenter to coordinate new projects and assist in expanding our remodeling
division.

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Remodeling Lead Carpenter / Project Coordinator to
join our growing remodeling division. This role is ideal for a hands-on carpenter who can also
communicate directly with homeowners, coordinate project details, and support estimating and
project planning.
This job requires a professional individual who can work independently with minimal supervision,
represent the company well in customers’ homes, and keep small to mid-sized remodeling projects
moving smoothly.
