Since the inception of the Forino Co., L.P. in 1975, our clients have come to know Forino as a High Value, Residential Builder throughout Berks and Southeastern Pennsylvania and Jasper and Beaufort Counties in South Carolina. Forino is proud of the accomplishment of exceeding $1.53 billion in gross sales throughout our history, primarily from more than 7,680 homes built since we put the first shovel in the ground almost 50 years ago. Our core philosophy has always been to maintain integrity, ingenuity, collaboration and responsiveness. Forino has evolved from being a residential home builder to a full-service construction and property management firm that can provide a multitude of services in the commercial, residential, multi-family and project management sectors.

To date, Forino has amassed revenues over $1.53 billion by selling over 7,600 residential homes and developing over 95 communities and counting.
