The Forino Company was awarded the contract for The Highwoods at Toftrees Apartment Project, which included 96 total units within 2 four-story buildings, located in State College, PA. Each building was approximately 72,000 square feet and featured many modern amenities that are sought by current markets. These were a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units that ranged in size from 900 to 1,600 square feet. Included in our scope of services provided was the procurement and engagement of both a site contractor as well as an architect. Forino provided construction and project management services for the completion of both buildings.
