Primary Duties

  • Process rental payments, utility and repair invoices and reconcile job costs,
  • Assist with processing of accounts payable, processing invoices, issue checks, positive pay,

Forino is looking to add a dynamic, quick-learning Commercial Superintendent to our team in South Carolina. Our company is fast-moving, always evolving and fosters a team-oriented environment. This position will support upcoming multi-story commercial projects in the Bluffton/Beaufort area and will primarily be on-site with weekly meetings at our Bluffton office with managers and support staff.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Experience in construction of commercial buildings,
  • General knowledge of site improvements,
  • Managerial knowledge of all vertical construction including labor and materials, site safety, scheduling, inspections and final finishes,

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully operate heavy equipment including but not limited to backhoes, excavators, dozers & dump trucks to complete various assigned tasks,
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies,
  • Performs routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water and tires,
  • Perform work with hand tools such as picks, shovels, rakes, etc.

Requirements

  • General education — High school diploma, GED or equivalent,
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating heavy equipment, especially skid loaders,
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
