Forino Co., L.P. was awarded the contract to transform a 2,750 square foot interior office space in Beaufort’s Historic District at 203 Carteret Street. The project began with a full interior demolition, clearing the way for a fit-out blending modern functionality with the timeless character of one of South Carolina’s most storied neighborhoods.
The scope of work included the installation of 9-foot ceilings, fully updated plumbing systems, dedicated conference spaces built for today’s collaborative work environment, and new flooring throughout — each element carefully selected to elevate both form and function. The result is a polished, professional workspace that meets the demands of a contemporary office while honoring the Southern charm of the Lowcountry.
