Chuck Halsey

After Graduating from Pottsville Area High School in 1978, Chuck Halsey moved on to the Carpentry Program at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Once his degree was completed, Chuck worked for a small remodeling contractor, Pinebrook Custom Homes in Schuylkill County. Forino acquired Chuck as a Supervisor in April of 1996 with almost 20 years experience. During his career, Chuck has managed multiple projects such as land development, single housing, multi-unit housing and also worked on student housing projects in the Kutztown area.

Chuck is the proud father to two children and grandfather of two. His hobbies include spending time with his family and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, especially while fishing and hunting. Chuck moved to South Carolina in January of 2018 and is the Senior Project Manager for our South Carolina office!
