Fran Richards

Before Forino acquired Fran, he worked for himself and acquired a great deal of his skills in the field, while also attending trade school at Berks County IU. Fran joined Forino in 1997 as a construction superintendent eventually becoming a Senior Project Coordinator. In 2008, Fran moved to South Carolina to be present for the groundbreaking of Hearthstone Lakes, our first South Carolina subdivision! In 2011, his wife, Suzie, relocated to the South to join Fran, they currently reside in Rose Hill Plantation! Fran enjoys golf and spending time with his wife, and their dog, Bella. He has greatly enjoyed his years at Forino!
