Nathan A. Pletscher

Nathan joined Forino Co., L.P. in July of 2010 and is responsible for the company’s strategic development growth. His focus is sourcing new land and mixed-use development opportunities to support the company’s horizontal and vertical business interests and goals, while maintaining close relationships with industry and community stakeholders. Nathan has guided Forino to develop and build more than 700 multifamily units worth over $100 Million. Nathan is a graduated from Alvernia University and holds a B.S. in Accounting. Prior to joining Forino, he spent more than five years in public and private accounting managing various audit procedures and financial statement preparations.
