Troy Potthoff has been a dedicated member of the Forino team for 19 years. He began his career in New Home Customer Service and quickly expanded his role to include Maintenance Supervisor for the rental division. Troy not only oversees all the new home construction warranties, but he also manages the expanding rental portfolio. Troy especially likes walking through new homes with new homeowners and seeing the excitement and smiles that come with watching their new home come together. He takes great pride in ensuring every customer feels confident, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire process.
When he’s not at work, Troy enjoys sports, working in the yard, and most of all, spending time with his family and grandchildren. His kindness and willingness to help and go the extra mile is what makes him one of our most valued employees!
