The Reserve at Spring Pointe, located in Reading, PA, commenced in March of 2013. It consisted of eight apartment buildings with approximately 160 total units, as well as an amenities center. The units are a combination of two- and three-bedroom units, featuring a living room, dining room, kitchen, baths, and laundry. The complex is located just outside the heart of Reading, right off of Route 12, within two miles of Albright College.
