We always talk about being in the business of Land and People, and the People we work with are what matters the most. The Forino team has a culture and reputation that is hard to find. They conduct business professionally, are trustworthy, build lasting relationships, and most of all they are great people.
Since the first time we met the Forino team, we have been impressed by their integrity and culture. It’s people like this that make working together enjoyable and rewarding. Our relationship with Forino has strengthened into a partnership in multiple markets, across multiple states, and many deals together. We can’t thank the entire organization enough for what they do for us and the long lasting relationship we already have. We can’t wait for what the future has in store.
Congratulations on your great accomplishments over the last 50 years, and here’s to a bright future!
Schlouch Inc. is extremely grateful for the opportunity to have partnered with Forino for over 35 years—and counting. Our long-standing relationship has been built on a solid foundation of trust, open communication, and a shared commitment to safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. Together, we’ve worked to support Forino’s mission of building safer, stronger, and better communities through quality housing.
Congratulations to Forino on 50 remarkable years of delivering excellence. We are proud to be a part of your journey and look forward to many more years of collaboration.
The Forino Family and the City of Hardeeville have enjoyed an honest and prosperous relationship in my nine years as Mayor. This relationship has been built on mutual trust and respect because Forino gives what Forino promises.
Hardeeville has the fastest municipal growth rate in South Carolina and the Forino Company is providing quality homes for our growing workforce needs.
Forino has also partnered with the city and Habitat for Humanity to create a new formula for Habitat families. To make the model work, Forino built 10 townhomes at cost. This community involvement is one reason why Forino is more than just a business partner. The Forino Family has become a Hardeeville Family.
Congratulations to Forino and the people who make you so special. May Hardeeville and Forino continue to grow together for many years to come.
Working with the Forino team on multiple multifamily development projects has been nothing short of exceptional. Forino is a first-class operation, marked by integrity, trust, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. Their long-term mindset and collaborative spirit make them an ideal partner, and they consistently deliver on their promises.
What stands out most is their people—genuine, dedicated professionals who care deeply about one another, their customers, and the properties they build. The quality of their work reflects their pride and purpose.
Congratulations to the entire Forino team on 50 years of building confidence and delivering value. It’s a remarkable achievement and a testament to the strength of your values and the relationships you’ve built.
In 1995, CoreStates Bank, based in Philadelphia, acquired Meridian Bank, which was headquartered in Reading, PA. Not long after, I had the opportunity to serve as the relationship manager for Forino Homes. Although I was familiar with Forino Homes, I knew their deep loyalty to their existing banking relationships would make it challenging to break into their circle. It was truly a “Gold Lead” moment, reminiscent of the famous phrase from Glengarry Glen Ross.
When I first met Tony Forino, I quickly realized that Forino Homes was much more than just a homebuilder. The word “Home” in their name was no accident. Tony had built not just a business but a true “Home.” Forino Homes was a family, and they treated everyone—especially their buyers—as part of that family. Remarkably, they extended that same familial care to their bankers. Even after I moved on to another bank and was no longer their relationship manager, I would call to check in, and each time, I was greeted like a longtime member of the family.
Now, more than 30 years after that first meeting, it is easy to understand how Forino Homes has reached its golden anniversary. Like any true family, there have been ups and downs along the way. But through it all, they have weathered every storm together. That strength comes from Tony Forino’s unwavering leadership and guidance. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been welcomed into their family and continue to cherish my relationship with them.
On behalf of everyone at Carolina Bank, it is with great pride and admiration that we celebrate Forino’s remarkable 50th anniversary. This milestone is not just a reflection of Forino’s dedication to excellence in construction, but also a testament to the enduring relationships they’ve built along the way—relationships like the one we share with them. I first met Tony, President and owner of Forino Construction, about 10 years ago on an unrelated project. It didn’t take long for us to recognize that our companies shared much more than just a business interest. As family-owned organizations, we found common ground in our core principles—integrity, trust, and a deep commitment to doing business the right way.
From that initial meeting, we began to build a strong and growing relationship, one founded on mutual respect and aligned values. Over the years, Carolina Bank has been privileged to support Forino as they’ve grown and achieved new heights. Their dedication to their craft and their community mirrors the values that drive our own success. As partners, we have worked together to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and continue to build a future grounded in shared principles. Forino’s 50 years of success are a reflection of Tony’s leadership and the talented team he’s built, their hard work, and the strong partnerships they’ve fostered along the way. We are honored to be a part of that journey and look forward to continuing to grow together in the years to come – supporting Forino’s motto of “Building Confidence. Delivering Value.”
Congratulations to Tony and the entire Forino team on this incredible achievement. Here’s to the next 50 years of continued success, collaboration, and shared growth!
By the way, Carolina bank is a year shy of our 90th anniversary – congratulations on staying family owned and family supported!
The Forino Construction Company is synonymous with the Forino family. Its reputation for quality work is superseded only by the integrity of the Forino family and its employees spearheaded by Mr. Anthony Forino.
The hallmark of this company is its commitment to satisfied customers supported by a very simple principle ‘say what you mean and mean what you say’.
I have always admired the Forino company and its family as I consider Mr. Anthony Forino as a well-respected colleague.
Thomas & Hutton has been a partner of Forino’s for over 20 years. During that time, we have worked closely with the Forino team to develop much needed housing in the Low Country of South Carolina. That area has grown rapidly in the last 20 years and single family residential housing is in high demand. Tony Forino’s commitment to developing high quality communities for families, retirees, and existing residents has been a tremendous benefit to the Low Country. We are honored to have Forino as a client and partner in helping to transform our community.
I have had the pleasure of working with Tony Forino & Company for over 20 years, and throughout that time, they have consistently proven themselves to be a standout partner in the construction industry. As we celebrate 50 years in business, this family-run company has earned a reputation for delivering superior products and executing projects with precision and excellence every time.
What truly sets Tony and his team members apart is their unwavering commitment to high ethical standards and integrity. As a family-owned business, they take great pride in building not just structures, but also strong, trusting relationships with everyone they work with. Their team is highly capable, always bringing innovative solutions and a collaborative spirit to every project.
It’s rare to find a company that combines success, expertise, and a commitment to quality like Forino Company. Whether it’s a large-scale project or a smaller development, you can trust that they will deliver results that exceed expectations. It has been an honor to work alongside them, and we look forward to many more successful projects in the future.
Happy 50th Anniversary!!
Working with Forino Company over the years has been an incredible honor. It is amazing to work with someone who displays such courage, passion, and selflessness on a daily basis. The manner in which Tony, John, and Eileen lead is so inspirational, and this is evidenced by both Forino’s employee culture and its superior work product. Truly one of the greatest stories of customer-centric focus, relentless persistence, and dogged work ethic over the past 50 years. Congratulations!
Congratulations on the 50th Anniversary of Forino. Hard to believe that I first met Tony 40 years ago and have been his banker ever since. We can’t be that old. According to Eileen, I am Tony’s oldest banker (I prefer the term longest tenured). After financing some townhouse units in Birdsboro, the first development I financed for Tony was Devon Green in Exeter Township. Funny story regarding the day Tony and I first met at the site after settlement. Our large construction financing sign had just been installed and while Tony and I were standing there, Smokey backed over it with a backhoe. Fortunately, despite that inauspicious start, the development, as with all of Forino’s projects, was a huge success. Forino has been the largest homebuilder in Berks because of the quality product that they have provided year in and year out. The honesty and integrity of Tony and his team has made it easy and a pleasure to be his banker. I cannot stress enough what an important relationship this has been for me on both a personal and professional level. Congratulations on 50 Years!
