Since expanding South in 2007, Forino’s South Carolina operations have continued to grow. Eventually, our SC team began to outgrow its office space, and a need for something larger, more modern and more functional was imminent. Forino began construction on a state-of-the-art, 9,600 square-foot office building in Hardeeville, SC. Construction on Forino’s South Carolina headquarters began in 2022 and will include the Forino Design Studio, an office that will house the Berkshire Hathaway Bay Street Realty Group team, and professional flex offices available for rent. The project is located on Argent Boulevard in Hardeeville, a short distance from Forino’s first major residential development in South Carolina — Hearthstone Lakes.
