The Forino Company was awarded the contract for Lakeview Apartments in Williamsport, PA, a project consisting of 36 total units across two individually unique three-story buildings. The two buildings consisted of a 12-unit facility with approximately 15,000 square feet and a 24-unit facility measuring at approximately 30,000 square feet. Each building features many modern amenities and includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units that range in size from 900 to 1,100 square feet. Included in our scope of services provided was the procurement and engagement of both a site contractor and architect. Forino also provided construction and project management services for the completion of both buildings.
