Lakeview Apartments offers the newest luxury one and two bedroom apartments that feature designer finishes, ample social space, and a picturesque lake view landscape that’s minutes from Downtown Williamsport. Forino prepared, executed, and managed this project from start to finish at the trust of Berger Rental Communities, an ongoing customer to Forino in multi-family commercial buildings. The planning process begin in early August of 2016 for permitting and by October of 2016 machines were onsite and moving earth. The buildings being constructed consisted of 36 total housing units of 2 primary building structures. The first building was delivered for completion at the end of June 2016, with the second building being delivered one month later.
