An extensive project including installing sidewalk, curbing and ADA ramps along 4th Street between North Wyomissing Boulevard and Van Reed Road and overflow parking at the intersection of 4th Street and North Wyomissing Boulevard. Additionally, a roundabout was installed with access to Park Road, 4th Street and the complex including Teleflex and Drexel University College of Medicine West Reading Campus along Innovation Way.
