The Forino Company was awarded the contract for the construction of the Woodland Hills Apartment Complex, a project including 150 units with 5 three-story buildings. Located in Middletown, PA, each building is approximately 36,750 square feet and features many modern amenities within a brand new clubhouse. The units are a mix of one- and two-bedrooms that range in size from 900 to 1,150 square feet. Included in our scope of services provided was the procurement and engagement of both a site contractor and architect. Forino provided construction and project management services for the completion of the buildings.
